Youth Hockey Night
Every year, we celebrate all youth hockey players in our area and recognize the achievements of our existing Scouts at a Varsity state playoff game at LFC. It's a great night of Varsity hockey showcasing the talent, hard work, and dedication of our Scouts while also fostering a sense of camaraderie among families, friends, and supporters. We typically welcome area mites on the ice for the starting lineup and anthem and love watching them participate in the pre-game cheer. We strive to recognize the achievements of all youth and high school hockey players and encourage and inspire them to continue pursuing their passion for the sport. The hockey community is one of the best communities there is & this annual event proves it!
2/26/24: Varsity Gold Scouts get the W over Evanston 2-1 in the Sweet 16 to advance to the Elite Eight vs New Trier Green! For 15 VG seniors, this was their last home game at LFC as a Scout. The crowd was packed with players in their jerseys celebrating all of our future Scouts and youth hockey across our area! We welcomed several Winter Club mite players on the ice with the team for the starting lineup.
